Just let me pet alllllll the cats in Greece and I’m happy 🇬🇷🐈 Cats seem to basically be part of the scenery in Greece, lol… lounging on steps, wandering around restaurants, sunbathing beside ancient ruins… I read that many of these cats are also “community cats” rather than traditional pets. They live outdoors but are often fed and looked after by local residents, restaurant owners, tourists (me 😅) and even animal-welfare groups. Greece apparently has a very large free-roaming cat population, particularly on the islands, where the warm climate makes outdoor living easier. #cats #greece #greekislands #cats_of_instagram #catsofgreece
