We have been sharing many tasty secrets for a long time: the most delicious recipes of the Cretan and Santorinian cuisine, the freshest ingredients from our kitchen garden, refreshing raki (the iconic grape-based pomace brandy of Crete) and unique wines, our good spirits and our smile every time we welcome you. In a hospitable and relaxing space, reminiscent of an island house porch, and an atmosphere full of the Aegean Sea’s colors and aromas, we serve authentic and original dishes made with care and fresh ingredients, inspired from the Santorinian and Cretan cuisine: fava (the famous yellow split pea dip) and white eggplant in the oven, fillet in Vinsanto sauce, and boneless pork chops in orange sauce with baked potatoes.
