The restaurant’s menu is created to match the Anhydrous wines. Inspired by the local culinary tradition of Santorini, highlights the island’s raw material. Signed by the famous Greek award-winning Chef Giannis Baxevanis, it smells Greek gastronomic heritage and Sunday family gatherings.

The restaurant operates in the Winery daily from noon to night. The environment exudes tranquility, away from the hustle, looking up on the hill of Fira to the west or gazing at the Aegean Sea towards the East.

Our cuisine has a modern Greek orientation with a Mediterranean touch. The menu is in perfect harmony with our wines, so that the combination of wine and food will travel the senses, resulting in a gastronomic balance.

Daily 1 p.m. – 8 p.m.

In our quiet courtyard, that exceeds tranquility, looking up at the hill of Fira to the west and Anafi to the east, we serve authentic Greek food.
